First step would be for you to import existing data to testing server. Then we would test data and site.

Second step would be that once testing is over and the site is ready to go live the data from our old site that has accumulated since the first import would need to be imported and tested.

For some reason this is stalling with one site .
So, I need a Magento/mySql/PHP guru to see why it is stalling and come up with a fix.
It is hosted on a VPS cPanel server, a live site. I'll give you access to the FTP side and can also give mySql access (although I doubt you'll need it). I'd prefer not to give you Magento backend access.

e 7 categories. Each category will contain diffrent products. Each category will be saved as csv and delivered to us.

My website was built using Version CRE Loaded v6.2. I have easy populate 3.01 installed and need somebody to add the 2500 products to my store from a csv file with the product data.

On the .doc files there are 40 files of students in a university. The files have their name, student ID, credits earned, credits transferred, course name, grade information, and couple more fields.

All of these fields go into ONE excel spreadsheet, differentiating the rows by students.

There are 42 separate Word files.

Very simple task but we are looking to have it done ASAP.

want to import the products from CSV file to oscommerce store, as i had many different suppliers and they might naming the same category with a slightly different way, so what i want is import those categories without any duplication! for example, cpus and CPU or procesor, laptop and notebook, Displays and Monitor , they all are the same category! i will provide the category matrix list ! please make your script smarter!

Stock Table is already established , so itll be easy to replicate that for all 4 Providers, you just need to finish the task he did which is fill each SKU/Item with the Icecat.biz Content description and images which will auto fill it if you do it as they describe it in their PDF which is via UPC auto mapping or MPN auto mapping, to fill the right product.

in addition to importing data, we will need to create a cXML file containing orders for this supplier. we will provide the cXML format provided by the supplier to post orders back to their site.

If needed you can get access to phpmyadmin or the Joomla backend, so you can use the importer script.

The website that the data will be imported to is located on a cloud server. So if needed extra CPU or RAM can be provided during the import.
