Wordpress Developer To Remap Domains

Looking for wordpress developer to help us remap some domains. We've set up a sandbox site under a subdomain and we now need to take our main site offline and replace the content with the sandbox stuff.
I tried to re-map the blog to the main domain by stripping out the sub domain info...but it didn't work and I don't want to break anything. Looking for a savvy wordpress guy to help us with this issue and long term issues on a consultant basis.

I have 19 blogs hosted on cirtex hosting.
I want to move these to a NEW host, hostgator, AND also change the domain names, they are currently .info and I want to move them to .com domains.
So the task wil involve updating the wordpress database settings and then backing up the blogs for transfer.
