I am starting a new website from scratch.
It is a very simple website that does a simple task.
I want the signup page to include user name, password, email, city, and a box to upload an image. In the city field as the user is typing in the city, I want it to start listing the possible options to choose from so the user can just pick it from a field. the user must enter a city in the database or they will not be able to sign on. (prevents users from putting in garbage).
I may add more signup fields in the future. and would like proper documentation to allow future staff to easily make modifications to the code.
During signup, the users will upload a picture of their city.
once I have 4 or more users from a particular city I would like to create a game for people to guess what city it is.
The next part of the website is the game to play.
People who are not signed on to the website can play a limited version of the game.

random website visitor (not signed in) sees 4 pictures from Tokyo, there are 4 radio buttons, Paris, Tokyo, Sicily, Toronto.
if the users selects the correct city, it will go to a congratulations page, try another city?
if the users chooses wrong, it will tell them Tokyo, try another city?
the limited version of the game will rotate through the same 4 cities.
the user signed in version of the game will randomly go through all the cities (as long as there is at least 4 users from that city)

should be displayed all on the same company page. Only the companies should have different pages, not the products. When I go to a company page, I should see all of the products listed for that company.

Image Upload And Reordering
ame is specified by a text field on a form where the image upload button will be.
After uploading, I want to be able to see thumbnails of the images just uploaded, and using ajax I'd like to be able to order the thumbnails in the list using click and drag to reorder.
The images positions are stored as an array in the mysql database in the 'order' field for the record. This database and table has already been created and we just need to be able to modify it.

- The server side code should also include a basic 'form', which allows a user to put in a URL and a widget will automatically be generated for that page. It should present code that a user can copy and paste into the html of his page, and the widget will work 'out of the box'. Similarly, the widget should only work on the page for which it was generated (not any other pages besides the URL page that was entered).

Frontend image upload in JoomGallery
ave worked with the permissions and was able to get the buttons to show up when you click on the user panel, but the site crashes when you click on the upload button. I also tried to install CBGallery, and when I try to acces it under the CB Plugin Manager I get the error "Direct Access to this location is not allowed." I'd like for both of these component's to work, and a satisfactory explination of the fix(s).

I'd like to have it done in PHP to be able to upload the files to my server and then do whatever I want with the final video, download it or keep it on the server... but if it is easier to do it in python as static software I'd consider it too...
