Need A Penny Auction Script Modify 3

We REQUIRE experts who have experience in building or customizing penny Auction scripts and penny Auction websites or similar. Your experience in this area will make the communication easier and faster. If you have never built or modify a penny auction website, please don't bid.
I have a penny auction site and need some modifications done to it. I rather have this script modify than start with a brand new one because it's bug free, time and cost, but I do need the following features besides what the script has now and working properly. If you rather do a complete script and provide me with a bug free script with the features mine currently has along with what I am requesting and more features I would be happy to entertain it depending on time frame, price and look of it. I like the script I got because of the simple but clean look and easy admin to control all aspects of the site.

Here are the modifications I need
1. To have the option to run feature auctions with the size of what you see to be larger than the auctions that are not feature auctions. Now with the size that the auctions have currently there is room to run 5 auctions across each row and I would like that when I pick an auction to be a feature auction for the size to be the size of 2 of the current size so if I have more than one auction only 2 would fit in a row and there would be room for a regular auction.
2. Add another type of Auction Add Buy A Seat Auctions (with all the timers like the other penny auctions) but this Auction would require a certain amount of participants to participate on auction before it can start once the amount require has signed up for it the auction could begin, but it will begin on date and time set up in the admin. This auction would also require for participants to buy a certain amount of points example minimum of a pack of 100 points to be able to participate. Also needs to have a Buy Now button for this auction once it reaches a certain amount set in the admin they would be able to Buy Now as long as they have enough points. The points that are bought for these auctions ( Buy A Seat) if they have any left when auction ends they would be able to use the points for any of the other auctions except for another Buy a Seat Auctions.
3. The Bid button – for users to have options on how much they want to bid on each auction at a time example they can bid .01 or .05 or .10 or .20 or .50 or 1.00 they should be able to pick how much from the choices set it and be able to just click bid and they would bid the amount they set up, default would be .01 if they do not change it. Be able to set the amounts available to bid per auction from the admin panel.
I need for this auction to be another auction type that I can run and be able to control all this from the admin and to be able to keep track of all bidders. In other words for it to be synchronize with the tracking system in the admin.
The Buy A Seat Auctions Would Be Consider Feature Auctions and this is why we want to be able to have option to have large size space as far as they appear on the site compare to the other Auctions
We are looking for a long term relation and want to continue partnership in future to improve this site with adding new improvements. This can potential lead to a long term business. We need people who are trustworthy and can be on time and on schedule that can deliver.

Additional Info (Added 2/11/2011 at 0:28 EST)...4.- I also need to be able to add 8 to 10 more pictures besides the main picture for the items that I will be selling on the Buy A Seat Auctions and for users to be able to see all the pictures of it when they look over the auction or go to auction.

We also want an uploader in admin so that the client can upload images and youtube embeds to appear on the closed listings pageas they wish.
