Simple Penny Auction Bid Counter

nning tally of the bidders with the number of bids they have placed with highest bidder first. When I am finished I would like the program to be able to save the bid history to excel.
Btw I am not looking to build a penny auction site. If possible I need it to work without logging on to the website. If you are not able to fully accomplish this project, just let me know what part of it you can do. I have a sample I can provide thru e-mail to give an idea of what I want.

Bid Account, but also a crediting system (rewards for bid pack purchase, referrals, reward credit auctions, and others for use within the Rewards Store.

Payment gateways will need to be Paypal, credit cards, and google checkout.

Also, would like to be able to export data for analysis in excel, quickbooks, etc.

ere needs to be an automated way for the person to receive these bids when he pays for them (if thats too complicated I guess we can do it manually perhaps for now) But, what is essential is tha tthe bids that people win need to be treated as DIFFERENT BIDS from purchased bids. There will need to be a seperate bid counter for these different types of bids. BECAUSE THESE BIDS DO NOW HAVE ANY VALUE WHEN IT COMES TO BUY IT NOW. They are quite simply just bids with 0 buy back value.
