Please review details before bidding... The requirements are very similar to recent project post, but do differ so read carefully.
I am looking for a competent, experienced, efficient and innovative programmer and designer to create a penny auction site that is 100% FREE of ALL BOTS/SHILLS and unauthorized back doors.
I am looking for someone who knows penny auctions very well but is willing to help me put a innovative spin on the design of the site itself. All customizations would need to be done to my standards and work flawlessly. Timers need to be spot on, admin panel needs to be user friendly and proficient w/ current bidder stats etc.
I DO NOT want a Swoopo etc. type clone script. I am looking for a custom, tested, fully functional and clean script only!
I must see a working demo and 6 or more active/live sites running showing your work. 4 of which MUST BE penny auction sites and 2 showing your range in programming, graphic capabilities and innovation. If you are a NEW USER, I need a working demo and 10 or more active/live site links, 5 of each penny auctions and 5 sites showing your range in programming, graphic capabilities and innovation. The more I have to look at the better decision I can make.
I believe it is very important to be as upfront as possible to my expectations, prior to your bidding on my project in order to be fair to all parties involved and be kept within budget. I do expect the same in return. I do require to have sole rights to the program in its entirety and your agreement, not to use the programing used in my site or discussed during the build process, altered, spun off, etc. for the purpose of use on or with any other site whether applied to this site or not. The time frame is as soon as possible. However, it must be properly made not rushed.

auction website and I need help fixing it. I have had someone helping me but he seams to have lost interest in it. Looking for someone with the time and experience to help me fix a few last things so I can get the site running. Most of what I am having problems with is some things not showing up. Also need someone that can go threw the site and make sure all the bugs seam to be out of it. I am looking for someone that can help me as needed for some time after the site is running also.
