Iphone app - game that utilizes graphics and photo library

Graphics would be provided as to your needs. In this app, you can take a picture of someone, or pull a photo from the photo library-- then you can apply graphics on top of that picture-- (ie, a hat graphic could be paced on head in pic)

you can select, move, and tweak imagery, then save to the photo library...

Its a relatively old school style game and I would rely on the developer to modernize it, add some additional features, add some product placement within the game + have some fun creating a fun interactive app that we can submit to the itumes store.

* Zombies eat a human if closer than 20 meters more than 10 seconds.
* When a new human or zombie is visible in map, it should popup a message in the Iphone (even if the program is turned off).
* If connection is missing (or no GPS coordinates can be determined) then the human will automatically become a zombie.
