Iphone App-anonymous Messages

We are looking for an iphone app developer to work with this and future projects.
The current project is an app that will need the ability to send an anonymous email and/or text message, coming from our server to an acquaintance.
Most of the app is already complete. We had a developer from here abandon the project at the last momment.
Here are some things that have been completed:
-Layout (already complete)
-Option of password protection (already complete)
-Ability to send messages at a later date/time (already complete)
-Archive of messages with ability to delete (already complete)
Things that are not complete:
-User will be able to select from pre-made messages to send to an email or phone number. Database is setup but not completed.
-Limit of how often they can send messages to same email/number
-Ability for us to add new letters to database easily.
-Should work well on the iphone, ipod touch and ipad.
The database (on our server) needs to be completed. Previous developer set up a simple database that pulls a letter into the app. We will add the letters and the text messages, but we need the app to list the title of the letters and text messages, along with the content of both.
For example: User selects the title of a letter. User gets a preview of the email version and the sms version and has the option to make a choice of which version they want to send. Keep in mind that the eamil version is much longer than the sms version.
We will send all the files we have, which is everything our developer sent us.

Some of the content is pulled from our server and displayed on the device.

iPhone app, slight fix - very simple and quick
the messages are wrong. One just seems to have a wrong field being used, and the other is a simple text alteration.
I need it fixed, and I think it will be very quick and easy to do, if you know what you are doing.
I need it done asap.
Also - if you are any good at Wordpress and you can fix my comments problem (adding comments doesn't work - just get 404 error) then you will most likely get this job!
