I have a simple HTML website form that is designed to capture users for a trial of a service i am offering. I need a Javascript and PHP person to post the form infomation via CSV to an email address.
With javascript, i need to have an add user button that creates a new field entry as required.
this should be quick as the HTMl has been completed. Just need to process and add users.

Also we would like to get the email-form working.

There will be 4-5 matches from the xml. Then the javascript will write back those results in the html.
