Article Writing And Spinning - 5 Per Article - Long Term

I want 75 articles on a variety of niches / keywords. Each article should be atleast 400 words long. They should be 100% unique and copyscape passed. They should be proofread, edited and formatted. They should not have any spelling, punctuation or grammatical mistakes in them. They should be keyword optimized and search engine friendly.
I am looking to split the articles to a number of different vendors so that I can test different people for their quality and decide the best writers at the best price.
Once the unique orginial articles are approved for quality, you would have to spin them. This means you would have to rewrite each sentence 1-2 times with the JetSpin spin syntax. This means inserting {|} for the spun articles. You must also spin atleast 20 words in the article 2-3 times.
You would also have to write the titles for the articles and spin the article titles. The titles should be spun on a sentence level as well as word level to have several combinations. The keyword must be there in the title atleast once.
You would also have to write a resource box for each article with the keyword placed present atleast 2 times. The resource box will only be 2 sentences long. Each sentence will be spun once and have atleast 5 words spun 2-3 times.
