I am student and I am looking for a tutor/mentor and programmer to
support and assist me on my project.
I require a skilled programmer/web application programmer with the following:

and experience of developing web applications.
My main reason is to learn, but also to achieve end result for
my project for which I have set tasks I must deliver.
I know I do not have all skills (or time) to complete my project

The project is a reporting system which will have a large
dataset. The aim is to provide reports in both graphic/visual
and text format. Provide dynamic interactive elements.
I won't go into details now because I don't know what
part I will programme myself. I am hoping to get around 150 hrs
programming time for my budget, but I will split the tasks
into separate projects in scriptlance with the successful bidder.

Time for completion is not as important as the provider fully understanding the application and taking the time to do it correctly. I am very patient and more than willing to talk through any questions the provider may ultimately have.
