Convert Image Into Adobe Illustrator Cs5 Vector

I need the attached file to be converted into an Adobe Illustrator CS5 vector file (not EPS). The colors and lines need to be preserved and there cannot be any visible blurriness or jagged edges, and they must be individual pieces whose colors can be altered. The text (including the individual numbers in the drawing) needs to be retyped into text format and NOT be outlines or shapes.

perform a vector trace on 10 pieces of black and white line art. Once traced these images should be usable in Adobe Illustrator.

Each image should be delivered as both an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and an EPS file.

I have a lots of images I need digitized, but I will be getting them done in 10 image batches. Please quote for each batch of 10 images.

ar... re-create the exact same graphic that I have provided as a JPG, in Adobe Illustrator.

Then I want a slight variation of the image I have provided... I want the entire graphic to be a bit more narrow/tall, so that the body of the snake is more coiled up, because I want to position it on the left side of a business card.

Last, I want to integrate the company name "Copperhead PDC" into the grpahic. This will require good use of placement, size and FONT CHOICE.

-Adobe Illustrator CS5 source file for animation frames
-Export layers.jsx, which can be used to automatically generate animation frames from an illustrator file (Adobe Extension Toolkit scripting). You don't need this if you don't mind exporting each layer from the AI file.. but it will save time.

I have 25 images of basketball uniforms and 22 images of football uniforms. I need all the images to be transformed into a more original looking image using adobe illustrator. I also to be able to take any of the images and "wand" out a color, and put another color in using illustrator or photoshop, while maintaining the same detail.
