Windows Install Backup Application

I am looking for a developer to create a windows installed backup application that will connect to my server and backup selected files on the end users system. If you are familiar with Mozy then you have an idea of what I am looking for. Mozy is a little more in depth than I want to offer right now, but in the future will look to expand.
I want an installable application that will connect to my server and schedule the backups as they wish. They will order from my website, and will be assigned a location on my server. During the install they will enter this location into the install application and that will direct all backups to:
http://www.mysite.com/backups/<# issues>
So, all backups will go only to that directory. They select the files from a tree view similiar to the way other applications offer it. I would like to have the application require a key for install, but not sure how this would be handled. I have a key generator as well for my other applications, so, we may be able to tie this in.
I would like this in VB .net or C# as I am little familiar with them. Please quote the price, time, and future support you offer.

If you can even deliver everything as a solution / form in Visual Studio C#, then this will be a big plus but it's not required. If you could do this, then we could make an extra GAF project out of it if you want.

Ms Windows System Tray Application

I plan to have over 10 different numbers in the xml resource. We should show only one of those figures on the system tray. But when we click on the figure a small screen should open up showing all 10 numbers.
I hope this is clear enough for bidding purposes.
I would be glad if we can have this in Python as I can code in Python. My second choices would be Adobe Air or Java. I can maintain these three languages.

When you use the referral URL it can be monitored if you really downloaded and installed the backup application and also when you made 1 backup. Only then the procedure is completed.
TIP We have used VMware whitch worked very fast: less then 15 minutes to download, install and run a full backup. Since the virtual pc is allmost empty the data to backup is < 1 mb :) But how you do it is up to you. (Btw: We do not provide emailaddresses or applications)
