Update Vps Server Php & Install Magento

we need magento to be installed on a vps server (php need to be upgraded).
We also need varnish cache to be installed and the extension "Cache Extension powered by Varnish" (http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/pagecache-powered-by-varnish.html).

gone through some serious series of hacks. The sites have been cleaned but i saw another trace of hacker yesterday. I will need someone to first check through all sites (about 15 of them on server) and ensure no hacked or modified files and fix any viruses or modded files found, and then secure the server and install antivirus, intrusion detection and intrusion protection systems on the server or whatever yo think may be the best to do to secure server. i can pay via escrow or paypal.

We need all the necessary components installed to host Drupal and Wordpress websites with ffmpeg.

We will also need a control panel like webmin install to help manage our sites.

This is something that will be needed ASAP.

PHP extension "mcrypt" must be loaded.

I'm using Plesk / Virtuozzo so my server can be customised, need someone to get Magento from it's current state to a working one please by sorting the server conditions.
