Need A Skin Made For Jw Player

I am looking for a coder to modify jw player with a skin that matches our current player / paying extra for quick and reliable service. The new JW Player has youtube support which we really need as well as at the end of a video calling an xml file which shows 3 new videos to watch on our site.

I need an overlay flash player ads for JW player 4.7

It can be text based..

I will give informations from xml file, and player will show them in special time for some seconds..

- Clicks should not be blocked
- Ads should be open in a new window

Need a bot made that will sign up for accounts at digg reddit stumble and a host of other places using generated data with the option to include a username and to specify the email of where the conformation emails will go.
