my scroller does not work properly .

1)i need the scroll bar to scroll smoothly with up and down arrows

2) the scroll bar should follow the mouse scroll wheel

ook and feel but with our own logo and intro. The current site doesn't have a gallery section, so we will be able to add both video and image gallery. We will have to make slight modification in the layout to make it more appealing.

Some contents like menu, gallery, and few content pages like career, news will be updated regularly so we will prefer a xml based interface to update on fly.

The architecture is similar has the source site, except more enhancement.

The problem is on the gallery page,it shows image thumbnails which are retrieved from an xml file , these thumbails are listed thrice , i need it to display only once .

it as i like. so all text in external files, all images and thumbnails in external folder. Need to be able to very the number of galler heading as will probably start with 3/4 and build up to 7/8. Also want logo design for this site and flash into using logo. will need flash and static version of logo. the site will be for food photography.

Will need to see previous examples of work and may want to get references. will pay only on satisfactory completion.

need someone really good with flash to convert a html site for me to flash and create also a logo so someone with very good graphics skills and very good flash skills will be able to do this easily...
