Wordpress Clone My Old Theme

I need an experienced programmer for wordpress themes.
I need a complete copy of one of my old wordpress sites zipped up just like you would download a wordpress theme so I can upload and install on new domains.
This is the site I need cloned: http://www.usaeinsurance.com
You will see on the site it has an insurance quote form... I don't actually need that setup as I can do that later myself. And you also don't need to have the 'Choose Your Insurance' drop down menu either. I just need the theme cloned in .zip file so that I can upload to a new wordpress and when it is activated everything works as it is now so I can add//edit/delete pages in the main navbar (Home, Learning Center), but I need to be able to put posts in the page that is called 'Learning Center'.
You can use the exact same images from this site as well for now, it will all be customized to look different later anyway.
I need this job done as I had this site made from a provider on Elance but they never gave me the theme installation files.
I really need this done asap : )

Wordpress theme upgrade to latest CMS version
i site to its latest version my old theme shows a blank page cause it did not support the latest wordpress cms version so I need to pgrade my theme.
I also need to rename this theme with my own theme brand.
The upgrade shouldn't take more then 1 hour for expert and for newbies 2 or 3 hours max.

new theme I've uploaded here http://atrilli.net/test_blog_atrilli/, the problem is I want the new theme's to be exactly coded like the original site (http://atrilli.net). For example I want the new theme to show 10 posts per page instead of "Latest Projects" and I need two widget sidebars, pagenavigation. Thats all.

Do it via PHPMYADMIN/ftp/hosting control panel.
No SSH/shell access is available.
Once you import them then make a menu in the footer of my Wordpress site that lists all of my posts and pages.
This is an easy job for a qualified person.

looking for an innovative design for my wordpress blog. My preferred theme is a three column "sidebar-main content-sidebar" layout similar to the suffusion theme. I am having trouble uploading themes and I am in need of something new and eye catching to attract new visitors. A standard, pre-created theme is fine so long as it's three columns and compatible with my current wordpress blog.
