Psd To Xhtml/css - Easy Job

I have a PSD file that need to be made turned into a tableless CSS page. It shouldn't take long to make. The person I usually work with is not available right now, so I need someone I can communicate well with and get this done. It should display correctly in Firefox, IE 7 & 8, Opera and Safari.

rted into a wordpress theme. It is basic except for the rating system. When someone clicks the like button or dislike button, there is a counter which keeps track of how many people press each button. The comment button brings them to the specific post where they can comment.

The "BEST POSTS" button on the right will just display the posts with the most "likes" and the "WORST POSTS" button on the right will just display the posts with the most "dislikes".

I have a quick squeeze page that needs to be converted to HTML from a psd file. There is an email opt in form that needs to be connected to an aweber account, and the rest is very simple.

I have a psd that needs to be converted into a wordpress theme. Very simple theme.

Functionality is as follows:
Visitors can submit post through a basic form. Posts then appear on the homepage in the same format as the psd. There is a basic rating function at the bottom of every post, as well as a facebook like button. In the right sidebar, there is a basic opt-in form that will be connected to an aweber account.
