I am looking for someone or a team to work on this project. I need a website developed that will consist of approximately 12 to 18 pages or so. I have all content ready for each page. I need a website similar to the following:

I will commit my time for constant communication to complete the project on time and for accurate development. This project will have on going updates and we can discuss that business prior taking on this project. I'm looking for someone that would work as a team now and in the future.
