Domain Backorder Script

Hi.
We are looking for a developer to create a domain backorder script using similar techniques as pool.com and snapnames.
The big difference is that the script need no fronted because it will be used only for in house projects. The script will also be designed primarely for use with Swedish domains.
The back end should be really simple. Just an option to add new domains for back ordering. When you add a new domain you select release time manually and select which registrars to use with check boxes.
Other then that there should be a list of the domains that have been added with the option to delete them.
When a domain reaches the set release time (maybe minus 5s or something) the script should start sending requests to the APIs every second or at the max rate of the API not to get banned to try and grab the domain.
Doing the API codes should be reasonably easy because most of the providers we will use provide complete examples of code.

At the moment I think we will use max 4 different registrars.

Automated Bulk Domain Registration Script

y there is needed a bot which I can put on my hosting which auto registers the domain after it's free to register and yes it must check every 0.1 second ( if possible) and the whole registration process can't take more then 1-3seconds,
