Repairs Needed For Penny Auction Site

Hi I need the following changes done for my penny auction website running the phppennyauctionscript:
-Alter the square outline around products on the main page,to make it tighter around the product.
-I need timers to be optimized and running as smooth as possible. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT PART!
-Remove 'Login' button and page. I want 2 boxes that say username and password in gray text inside the boxes at the top right of all pages. I want a login button to the side of that and 2 buttons for facebook and twitter. (The standard F and T logo button)
-On the register page, can you remove all information and just make it Username, password, retype password, email address, retype email, and thats it, just a check box to agree to my terms then the login button. I want users to be able to log in without having to activate via email. Remove the activation all together.
-Take out the captcha as well. and the where did you find us.
-Increase win limits to 5 per week
-in the register page, take out the Already a member, login text.
-Once logged in, can you have the buttons on the top right say, My account, __ Bids, logout. In the my account button, can you make it a drop down when a user places the mouse over it?
in the drop down add: Edit profile, won auctions, account, bids, limits, watch list.
-When a user wins an auction they get 2 emails in 1 saying congrats you have won. then the email says congrats you have sold an auction. Can you separate this?
-The auctions on the main page. can you make the item title text smaller, and so that it can display on two lines instead of one.
-Paypal users from Florida are not receiving bids when paid for, please fix.
-Product details edited so that it is smaller and can fit better on the page.
