I have a project where I need to send a SOAP request to a 3rd party API to create a users. I need someone to work with me to get this user signup process working. My website currently can get all the information into the local database, but the SOAP requests are where I need the help. This will involve working with Paypal integration and the SOAP request to the API. It will also need to parse the response to get the appropriate information back to my website to set certain bits in the local database.
