Iphone App - Anonymous Messages

Hi there,
We are looking for an iphone app developer or group to work with for this and future projects.
The current project is an app that would need the ability to send an anonymous email or text message, coming from our server to a friend or family member.
-Needs option of password protection (already complete)
-User will be able to select from pre-made messages to send to an email or phone number
-Ability to send messages at a later date/time (schedule them)(already complete)
-Limit on how often they can send messages to same email/number
-Archive of messages with ability to delete (already complete)
-Ability for US to add new messages for users to choose from easily.
-Should work well on the iphone, ipod touch and ipad.
This app is mostly complete. We had a developer from here abandon the project at the last moment.
The database (on our server) needs to be completed. Previous developer set up a simple database that just pulls the letter into the app. We will add the letters, but we need the app to list the title of the letters and the content of the letters. It also needs to know which letter to send when the user selects email/sms. Emails are much longer letters than sms.
For example: User selects the title of the letter, gets preview of the email version and sms version of this letter and makes a choice of which one they want to send.
We will send all the files we have, which is everything our developer sent us thus far.
We have already paid a ton for this app, and the last bit shouldn't be hard at all. The majority of it is done so we aren't willing to pay in the thousands.
We wish to work with developers that have iphone app experience as well as demos or an extensive portfolio available. Apps already in the store will be a big plus!

It also needs one simple functionality added. It needs to be able to post messages via HTTP POST on our php script. The script is already built and it takes 4 simple parameters.
