Edit some get response email capture scripts adding twitter, facebook icons/links. Basically customize scripts.

I have a 1-page document that has been scanned and saved as a .jpg image. I want to have the text from the image typed into MS Word.

the text has a few bold words and larger text for subtitles...this format should be the same in the Word doc.
