Cre Loaded Affiliate Program Change

I need a programmer that know cre loaded affiliate program very well. i need the following things done.
1. make products have the ability to have commissions entered into each product
2. make affiliate payout 10 tiers and 50% of available commissions going to each tier.
3. make 3 - 4 levels of affiliates and each level is on a subscription. there payment must be paid to qualify for commissions.
4. each affiliate level will only get paid for X number of tiers.
5. join affiliate account and customer accounts together.
6. have a membership product i need finished up also.
i am open to there options besides changing the current cre loaded affiliate program if you have any.
i need this all working in 8 days.
will pay via paypal when done or at certain completed points we decide on.
must have skype or yahoo for voice and chat

Cre Loaded Site Design Change
We currently run on CRE Loaded, and we will want to change the CRE Loaded design, we already have the type of design we like which run on OSCommerse, so all you have to do is duplicate the design of the OSCommers and implement it on the CRE Loaded.....also a bit of coding wil be needed for some functions, the pages will be up to 10 different pages, home page, product view, category view, check out process, contact us page..and some other small small pages.

CRE Loaded 6.3.1 B2B Affiliate Module

CRE Loaded Project Tweaks
Add existing select by size feature in sidebar to the product listing page so customers can see specific sizes for the category/brand they select (so if they choose a brand from the left sidebar.....when the products appear, the sizes dropdown will appear above the listings so they can choose a size for JUST that category.

CRE Loaded Store Customization
to be able to control product attributes more quickly for one or more attribute types. Example, I would like to be able to change the colors available for each decal on a single admin page, rather than having to go to all 400+ individual decal pages to change the colors available. If I get another color in stock or run out of a color I want to be able to quickly change all of the listings where "color" is a product attribute.

Add Year/make/model To Cre Loaded Site
filter to my website. When users visit my site, I want to give them the option to select their car and only display products that will fit their car.
That means, when I add new products to my catalog, there needs to be an option where I select the year/make/model it will fit. Some parts can fit multiple cars, so that needs to be taken into consideration.
I'm definitely ONLY going to hire people who have had experience doing similar integrations.

So the bottom line is we want a backend that we can use on many sites. Just change the admin details. Each website will have different content and front end but the same backend structure.
