I am interested in creating an online site to sell Herbalife products and accept visa and Paypal Payments. The website must also have the capability to sign up others to sell the products. I would also like to offer others the ability to sign up as an affiliate and get comission for each new member that they sign up or sales that they make. I am also interested in autoresponders, adwords, social network marketing.

2. MLM Member Websites & Back Offices
Each member have own web site (BackOffice), Main function include Genealogy, Report, administration, member order system (Shopping Cart).
• Genealogy – Genealogy tree mode, Genealogy Indented list mode, Down line listing.
• Report(orders and commission) –Personal Order report and commission report.
• Administration –Placement setting, Bill information, Back office password, annual fee recruit charge, Policies and Procedures, Contact support.
• Member Sign up , Member Status.
3. Company Backend Administration
Member management, the site administrator must be able to modify any member information once Activated,
Qualified member etc. order management, order list, order payment, shipping process etc.
Report all member commission, issue check, Total commission calculation.
Backend Report: weekly report, Monthly report etc.
