- change "share our posts" links to Twitter, Facebook, GooglePlus, LinkedIn
- create an author box showing headshot, name, short bio

- change hyperlink color to the orange you see when you mouse over them (excluding post/page titles…leave those black); also underline hyperlinks in body content

Don't need any dropdowns in top nav or any links (Yahoo, Mail etc) running along the very top

Banner space on right can just be blank image - I'll add an image later.

No comment box required.
