Bot Spider For Crawl Data Ads And Publish In My Site

I'm starting a project where I need a bot to copy data text (from CLASSIFIED ADS) and paste in specific pages (if possible with their respective images) in an own website runing linux php (the hosting is in godaddy/linux)
I don't think it will be very complicated because is 1 bot for the specific page, ie: 1 bot for scan ads.example.com, other bot for scan yeahads.com, etc... and each bot will post the data in an own PHP website (running linux).
the data will do in ads format, like craighlist but from other site in m e x i c o only, if the bot needs to be in 2 parts (firts for data minning and second for post in website} is ok, i'm able to ear suggestions.
in how many days can be builded ?

Once I place the code or widget on their page, everything should be automatic. Control panel for me to manage every dealers individual settings is a requirement.

The only thing you actually have to type are a few keywords which you will get from the description that you are typing.
