Adding Custom Modifications To Phpbb

I have started a new forum using the free PHPBB software. The board is up and running.
There are certain things that need to be added that requires customer modifications.

I see where there MODs to add this to the board, but I see they have to manually done in the php scripts of the forums. This is something I am not very familiar with, so need someone with experience in that.
Please send me proposal and some examples of past work.

Modifications To Thunderbird
font/size as the body composition settings. Right now, I set my body to be 12pt Arial and the numbers show up in Times New Roman.

Convert A Forum To Phpbb
A custom forum needs to be converted to phpbb.
It will require using and modifying the database to import all the members and hopefully posts, and as many of the modifications as possible to the new forum.

Custom Magento Modifications Needed
We are looking for a couple of custom modifications to two (identical set-up) of our magento sites. First, bundled items that are added to the cart, do not display correctly in the cart grid. They are not aligning with the correct titles of each column. Second, we would like all of the information fields that the customer fills out during checkout to show up in the confirmation emails.
