Add Registration Page To Php Script 2

I installed this script (http://yourls.org/) and it works great however it does not have a registration option for new members. All login details are stored in the config.php file and must be manually added as of right now.
Here is what I need done.
1. I need someone to create a registration page for this site. It will ask for only 2 things, a email address and password. This SCRIPT already supports members but does not have a registration page built in.
2. I need someone to modify the current login page and add a "forgot your password" option. It will send users into to their email address.
3. I need the the members area changed to different path. Currently the members control panel is in the www.domain.com/admin path, I would like that changed to www.domain.com/members path.
4. I need a homepage created for the script. Currently, there is NO homepage in the root directory /
I need the homepage to too look like www.Bit.ly
The homepage will be very simple. It will include...
- a text input box for non-registered users to use the service. Non-registered users will not be able to use any of the member control panel features like the ability to view stats or edit their shortened urls.

Thats it! These changes should be VERY EASY for an expert .PHP programmer.

Connect Registration Page to PayPal
l account for payment. The page does not appear to be working and I am unable to get ahold of the designer.
I need to make this process work and also I need to have a redirect for one page. That is, if someone signs up for a certain school (notre dame) I need to have the redirected to another online registration process.

Add new features to the script
ability to delete their images, one by one or by selecting few images at once. There should be 10 images per page on "My Uploads" page.
If in the process of adding new features, you happen to mess up whats already being functioning fine, you should fix it.
This shuoldn't be a problem for anyone who has worked with my kind of site before or who is well versed in PHP. Before you bid, if you have any questions, pm me. Don't bid more then the Maximum!

Bug fixing a PHP script (has MySQL database)
