Mysql Databases Installed On Windows 2000 Server 2

I need some changes made to my website. What I mainly need is this. Please set this www.MyWebsite.com up in this new order. The website name will be revealed later in a PM.
1. I've added a squeeze page called: newcareer/squeeze.html that needs to
come up first when the site http://www.MyWebsite.com is clicked onto.
It's pretty much vital that I get their email from the get go for better conversions.
2. I need that squeeze page to then re-direct to:
NewCareer/Index.asp
3. When they click on the order link, the order page for http://www.MyWebsite.com which is: Newcareer/order_opp.asp
4. Currently this order page is messed up because it has the PayPal now being redirected by a link to the NewCareer/thanks.asp. I need to take out this link on this order_opp.asp page and instead I need this entire same order page once filled out to re-direct to:
NewCareer/thanks.asp so they can pay with paypal the $ 37.00 for the eBook.
On the NewCareer/order_opp.asp page, you will have to add a “Submit” button that was there, but I deleted to add the link to paypal. You can find this “Submit” button and a good copy of the original order page located at NewCareer/order_opp-copy.asp dated 11/22/2010.
5. After that paypal payment is made, redirect that buyer to:
NewCareer/ThankYou.html (this is a backend sale idea for another service I'll have to offer.)
All those above links are already under the NewCareer folder.
This NewCareer/order_opp-copy.asp page already has code built into it now that allows MySql to generate a unique user name and password for each new buyer, but in order for that to work, the MySql database for Bookstore & Book_orders needs to be installed on my dedicated server. A copy of what was on my old server (that databases that were working) is on the desktop of the server you will have access to. Just set the database up as it was before.
I will also need three new MySql databases set up for a new program script that is now installed in my wwwroot called XXXX. These new MySql databases will be:

Just use their name for the User Name like this:
User Name: Domain Name
Pass word: ? use this same simple pass word for all and I'll change later on.
MySql is already installed on this server, you just need to install the new databases.
