Daily Deal Aggregator Site (similar To Yipit Clone)

Build a website much like yipit or alldealsasia.com, a daily deal aggregator which collects information by automatically updating and tracking multiple daily deals websites.
Details:
- The website will collect info from approx 20 different daily deal sites, with approx 10 deal locations (admin must be able to input the daily deal site url to collect the info from)
- Info collected: Deal provider, Deal's pic, Retailer Price, New price, Dicount, Saved money, Time left, Amount coupons bought (and coupons needed until minimum is got it), Link to main website, Info about the deal.....
- Must be SEO friendly
- All deals will be shown in the website and users can choose their city and view all daily deals available in that particular city.
- Automated emails will be sent to subscribers daily, according to their location and preferences. The whole process will be automated with minimal maintenance.
- Ability to sort by city, by provider (groupon, livingsocial...), by category, by deals expiring soon, and ability to select one or more cities at once & display deals.
- Ability to pull in automatically the deals and not only based on RSS feed (mandatory)
- Ability to add any other group buying website easily from admin back end.
- Ability to categorise automatically every deal.
- Will automatically upload each deal in facebook and twitter
- Able to create a static page from admin area
- Able to put custom html code (for advertising purpose) on the sidebar
- Integration with autoresponder like aweber & getresponse
- There must be a statistic report in admin area (Statistics of deals, dealers and amount saved for front end)
- Built in XML Sitemap
- I must own the script once the project is finished
- Must be secure
- Must be error/bugs free
- You will provide 6 months support to the site.
