This is a project to develop a vehicle tracking system which uses, GPS/GPRS/GSM. I have hardware units, that send GPRS data at regular intervals. All these data packets should be received by a server which has a static IP and port.
The information contained in the GPRS packet should be used to make various reports and charts. There should be reports such as speed, route, distance covered, halt, geofence, speed violation alerts etc. Another function this should do is to facilitate online location mapping on Google Maps, with place names displays on click. This also should have the facility to see playback and provision to set geofence.
Early responses are much appreciated.

After the neural network is trained and setup it should give for at least 80% of the training parameters the correct results (even though there is a quite big aberation of 30+_ possible). So what I am meaning by that, if the real output value for a value-pair is e.g. 100, the neural network giving 70 or 130 would be ok as well.
