Help Videos For Website

Hi
due yo being let down by a development team i am now looking again for someone / team to help me with a series of help videos for my website.
i am currently doing these using camstudio and i am doing them in a quick and simple way but need to have them done by a professional before going to launch
each video has about 5-6 key points on them for instance:
1. Click on forgotten password
2. Enter Username
3. Enter Email Address
4. Click on New Password
5. Click on Confirm on the pop-up box
each video is to be about 90-120 seconds long and will need to be smooth and professional and i will then load them up on to my YouTube account which will link to the site.
in total there are about 30 videos and some will need editing, and might be good with sub-titles or on screen notes
another thing is that when i was signing up and testing and doing the first set of videos i was using examples are some of the videos are at http://www.youtube.com/adsuredotcom
i have set up a domain called www.your-domain-address.com so that i can show the email address as that for the videos as how to sidgn upa and I will be asking you to use this for the email sign ups (you might need to sign up a few test accounts)
this job really is essential to get done well and present the site as well as possible in a clear and simple way.
you must have experience of making help videos to be considered, other than that it is a simple and straight forward project
my expectation / success criteria are as follows
1 - each video should be clear and simple
2 - each video should be 90-120 seconds
3 - each video should have the mouse showing smooth movement
4 - each video must follow the steps i lay out
I have done some of these videos myself and i know that they do not take long. i have done some using free software, also i have planned with bullet points every video
what this needs is someone to do 1 day of work to concentrate and make the videos
i need to have nice, smooth videos (no special effects or music) which simply show the site working and the steps of how to do things
what i will ask for is for two phases of work all money put in escrow
Phase 1 - ($ 20/$ 25) - 1 day
1 or 2 videos to be done first of all as a test to see the style of what can be done, i will comment and feed back
Phase 2 - ($ 100/$ 150) - 3 days max
