Iweb Migration To Dreamweaver

I created this site with iWeb. My desire is to continue to maintain my own site switching from iWeb to Dreamweaver. The functionality that I wish to gain in this process are the following (in order of priority)
1). Faster page loading
2). Automatically optimized pages for mobile phones
3). True CSS (if I am understanding CSS properly)
Maybe what I really want is for you to create a Dreamweaver template ( or two ) based off of my iWeb creation so that I can make a clean start toward my goals.

Migration To Wordpress
Would you still be interested in site migration to wordpress ? Existing PHP and MySQL site, city guide in 3 languages with user reviews, photos, YouTube videos, banner management and mailing. Main issue is database migration, while maintaining mother-child relationships island, city - venues-area, etc.

I am looking for a designer who can convert an AI file to Dreamweaver so it can be uploaded to my server. beta.tedfitzgerald.com needs to be converted to Dreamweaver and CSS. The width of the main CSS block should be limited to 1000 pixels. The navigation bar should be some type of dynamic HTML so that it can be edited in one place, but automatically updated all on pages.

We do not have access to the existing cart, so the content will need to be scraped and entered into an excel file and imported into Magento.

Take small website from PhotoShop design to Dreamweaver CS3

Iweb To Dreamweaver
We have a website (www.aim4e.com) developed in Mac iWeb that I can't easily maintain. We want the same thing (graphics/text/style etc) but as plain html files and not frames (or what ever it is) so that we can maintian it easily in Adobe Dreamweaver
