The general colors you will use are to be taken from http://416bc.com greens, grays, blacks, and whites.

You are required to create them in photoshop, and convert them to html. I will want you to send me the PSD files when completed as well as the HTML files.

sed on form information. I also need the coupon thank you page to display a voided coupon if a person goes to the page without filling out the form. To sum up, the form needs to do the following (see attached):

1. Collect basic info, including what coupon they want
2. Verify information
3. Form submitted
4. Display coupon with text overlay (for printing)
5. Send form information to me via email
6. Display a voided coupon if the form is not filled out

(written to explain the conditions and use).

When the friend is not responding on the coupon an email must be send within a fixed number of days to notify the buyer that the friend is not responding and must be able to send the coupon to another friend.
