I'm looking for an advanced programmer to build a custom social networking site based around job listings. I say custom website but I'm completely open to plugins and features already out their that satisfies some of my requirements.
Basic Details.

Custom Social Network- Jumo.com provides the Facebook type integration I would need. For example, when you sign up for Jumo it connects with Facebook and automatically adds any of your friends who are using both services. Basically, if you have a friend on Facebook that is also on Jumo already they will add them to your profile.
This would be the kind of integration I would need.
Other Key Features:
Large Database
Payment system (escrow)
Advanced search job listings
Personal Profiles (with all the normal things profiles have.)
Private Mail System
Rating system and Feedback
News Feed within the Profile
Groups
Calender
Etc.
Basically a site like Jumo with a different theme and additional features. I mention jumo mostly because the Facebook sign in and connect features are exactly what's needed. Biznik.com is also another good example of the community features (Although Biznik has way more features than I need).
PeoplePerHour.com is a good example of the job posting and bidding process I'm looking for.
Although this project is a personal job, I have extensive experience managing website development. I have everything drawn out and a full document with all features needed. The programmer will not have to hold my hand throughout the process. However, I will listen to their suggestions to make the site better. I will not try to force you to do something that is not possible or practical. I hope this will make it easier for both of us.
There may also be a bonus at the end and optional full time employment, if I love your work.
Note: Programmers with a great portfolio need not worry about the budget I have set. It can go higher if you are really good.
