Form Fix On Windows Hosting Plus Google Map

I require two things:
1. Move this site to new windows hosting so that it looks and runs as now, except with form fix (point 2 below).
It is currently here: http://www.james-weir.com/wip/index.html.
When it is moved to the new hosting (http://james-weir.com.ontinuity.co.uk/index.html) the navigation, logo etc are not showing and there is a message on the contact page saying that the map needs a different Google Maps API key.
2. Fix this contact form (contact.html) so that it runs properly on Windows hosting. (It is currently set up in using formamail.php to run in Linux hosting). Ideally it will go to a missinginformation page (missinginformation.html) if they don't complete the required fields, and a thank you page (thanks.html) if they submit it successfully. Please advise if it will work differently.
Time: This needs to be done today or no later than tomorrow morning.
Please advise time and cost.

Custom Google Map
Wordpress CMS, so if there are any technical implementation steps with that CMS, I'll need some tips on how to install the custom map there as well..
I've already attempted to create this map in Google's 'MyMaps' section, and it didn't meet my needs.. the maps I referenced above seem to be using a special version of Google's custom maps (maybe the KML version)

Fix My Google Map Code ASAP
( they are not in sync)... and I am not sure why...
You will see letters A,B,C, D ( when you click on markers are displaying FULL INFORMATION of the marker, while for example letters H, I, J displaying only address...

This plugin allows charge money for membership sites. It connects Wordpress with Paypal. So I need help with the settings. Right now I'm getting error message after the payment is made.

n I check the error log I see the following two errors:
Error: polyline is undefined
Error: a is undefined (when I click the submit button)
I believe these two errors are making it broken in IE and I need them fixed ASAP.

Fix a google map in Gravity Form in a wordpress website
IC - I will have the opportunity of editing the image of the pin from the regular google map red tear drop pin image.
6) - NOT ON THE ATTACHED PIC - Right now there is a bug whereas when the user hit enter to validate the choice from the autofill, this action also validates the submit button of the page and the form moves to page 4, I want that not to happen.
