ssible, the problem is that this new database is not well designed and not indexed properly.

Whoever bids to this project needs to know all about database indexing and database normalization. In addition an intuitive brain is needed to figure out the best architecture.

The task is simple but it is impossible to do without experience on this field, a normal PHP/MySQL programmer will fail, we need someone who really understands how MySQL works.
