Custom Facebook Fan Page Tab Required

I need someone to design me a custom facebook fan page based on a current fan page theme. It can all be done through fbml, and should not take too long.

If I am satisfied with the page, I have another 20-30 pages that also need completing.

the number of friends that they have as fans. Also, each person can see from their end how many people joined from their referral.

Front end main page should show some type of scoring/leader board, top ten referrers, score board should be in a profile box embeddable on main fan page. Whereas, the actual referral application along with instructions would be on it's own tab.

I would like to fan-gate (like-to-reveal) all three tabs.

The other two tabs are very simple; one would just be the fangate page that then resolves to the Timeline. The second would be a fangate page that resolves to a lead capture page with an Aweber form, that then resolves to the Timeline.

The Timeline page is created (graphics, etc are complete) I just need help with the tabs/apps.

options on this fan page such as "Free trial" option where people can submit their details in the form and we receive their requirement. We also need a section for new products. We possibly may need a way to automatically populate the new product section by synchronizing all the information from our current site to this section.

So in start, we start with a professional looking fan page and then we move ahead with rest of the development work.

I just need this all put together in a profesional manner. For an experienced designer this should not be a long job. I would prefer someone that has experience designing facebook welcome tab pages.
