EXACT CLONE - RetailMenot Coupon site clone script.

We already have invested on a group buying site in-house but are looking to replace it. Functionality should be same as groupon.com. login, referral program are most important. Functionality is most important.

The site doesn't have to be too fancy (as the other sites I mentioned are not as well), but we would like some kind of back end interface where posting links to stories will be easy.

Perhaps something like an interface where an e-mail with a list of links can be sent to the server and it can auto populate them on the site in whatever category heading we tell them to go. Is that possible.

Joomla and Drupal will most likely not cut it (Last attempt was in Drupal) I was thinking about JomSocial but I do not think this will work correctly.
