Clickable Logo In Jw Player Controlbar

I'd like to add custom logo on jw player control bar.

I like to put logo at the left side of full screen button. logo size is same as full screen button or wider. need to add logo and logo link. also u need to teach me how to add it for the future since jw player release new version all the time. if you know jw, u can tell the skin I am using by looking at screen shot.

Jw Player - Html5 Playlist
e set up a playlist for audio with a jpg thumbnail in JW Player and it works fine in computer browsers. However, in IOS5, it does not show up.

another site as a method to get the video, but suddenly it has stopped working, im guessing maybe because of a small change of code on the site it gets the video from..so i need some1 to fix this...im 100% shure it can be done very quickly and effeciently and is not tht big of a job...i will tell u more details on programmer who is selected....dont bid ridiculously high, please note tht i payed 25$ to the programmer to make this script, so u are just fixing it,so bid accordingly, thnx

2. Ad Solution (There are many plugins for this but we really dont know how to use it).
3. Custom Skin (We have psd file).
