Need template (layout) of support script changed to have same layout as my new website. There are 4 template files that need to be edited: footer, header, register and index. (see attachment!)

Php Script Template
maintenance after the website is complete. Moreover, I've a bulk of other projects available.
I've already paid for it three times, so needless to say, I won't be dealing with any escrows or upfront guy. I simply do not have any problem if the website is hosted on your server until completion.
I need someone who can take it as challenge, and not as a normal work.

The top menu buttons are coded in tm006/common/tpl_header.php file, line 19. You can create a code that will swap images of this menu depending on the chosen language. Each language has an id. You can learn this id taking a look at the languages table of your database. That is to say you can get the value of the $ languages_id variable and display a certain image.

ClipShare admin embed code change and few template chnage's.
last thing I need done to the template is relatively simple I think, on the index page there are 3 boxes for video thumbnails (latest videos, recently viewed, featured), i would simply like the box at the bottom (which is for featured videos) to be placed at the top of other box's (just some code rearrangement I think).
