Summary:
I'd like to find an experienced web designer who is excellent with Joomla and Wordpress. I need you to create a Joomla Website and Wordpress Blog based on the design mockup I have already created and ready in a Photoshop file. 90% of the design work is done for my site. They only additional design needed will be taking design elements already created and formatting them with a few variations for the various pages on my site. I anticipate having about 30 pages initially. My website is going to be a membership site and use the Nanacast.com platform for membership so I will need you to integrate the membership page with the Nanacast platform as well as reformat the Nanacast page design so it matches my site design.
I'm new to Joomla and I haven't used Wordpress much so I would like to have a skype screen-sharing meeting with you when the website is finished so that you can show me how to manage the site, add new pages, edit the pages, and edit the metadata. I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with an experienced coder and will have more work to offer after this project.

-Install the sh04sef SEO pluggin for Joomla and Jeff Johnson's SEO getting plugin for Wordpress

-Integrate the site with my merchant provider for payment processing.
-Be able to use Photoshop or comparable program in order to create variations on my designs for other website elements across the site.
-Show me how to edit metadata in Joomla and Wordpress with my SEO plugins
-Meet with me via Skype at the end of the project to show me how to manage the site and answer my questions.
-If you do a good job on this project, more work will follow.
Terms of Job:
Payment- One third up front. One third on beta. One third on completion/bug fix.
Rating – I will not permit discussion of scoring until the project is completed and I will score 100% honestly and a top score cannot be assumed.
Outsourcing- You may not outsource this project to a third party.
NDA/NCA – Non disclosure agreement/ Non compete agreement must be turned in. This project cannot be copied or used again to bid on projects for another company. You may not illegally use anyone else's technology simply because you were the prior developer.
Minor Changes Included in Bid- Will not pay for unforeseen but obvious minor changes that are not stated up front.
Free Bug Fix – all bugs will be fixed and minor tweaks will be done at no charge for 90 days.

Build Basic Joomla Website & Flash Landing Page
banners, and buttons have been created. Should be an easy project. Initially it will only be a basic informational website, but we want it in Joomla so we can add and manage content later.
