external links are customizable through the CMS but these few banners are hardcoded and I need someone to change them over for the sites current owner. I will be paying for the work that will be done to his satisfaction. This is an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing, an hour at most. An example of of one of the hardcoded banners is the vertical webcam banner on the right side of the homepage.

Payment will be made through escrow.
