Penny Auction Script For Website

I need a fully functioning penny auction script for a new website. It can be fully custom or out of the box so long as it meets the following qualifications. Basically this will be a quibids.com clone as far as the functionality but must look a bit different, with different colors and slightly different layout.
1 - It must be able to handle multiple bids at once. I have a cheap, dud of a program that will only accept 1 to 2 bids placed at a time and just looses the rest. This is unacceptable. It must be able to handle 25 bidders placing bids at the same second.
2 - It must have a buy it now option where used bids are credited from the buy price.
3 - It must have google checkout as a payment option.
4 - Everything must be able to be modified in fully functional admin section.
5 - The timer reset must be able to reset to 'x' seconds when a new bid is placed as opposed to just adding 'x' seconds to the end of the auction.
6 - It must have a banner style advertisement for upcoming auctions. The banners should be controllable from within the admin section.
7 - Auctions will need to be able to be setup in advance of the actual start time and kept in memory so that additional auctions can be easily scheduled.
8 - Upon registration, user must purchase bids.
9 - Free bids upon registration, changeable in admin
10 - Free bids when you refer a friend, also changeable in admin
11 - In each individual auction, a "recently sold for" generated from past auctions (changeable timeframe and cheapest parameters set in admin)
12 - Bidding history should only be shown for the past 10 bids on the front end but a full detail of the bidding history for a particular auction should be available in the admin section.
13 - Automatic invoice generation when high bidder pays for auction.
14 - List of paid for but not shipped items should be avail in admin section.
15 - Tracking numbers, whether UPS, Fedex or USPS should be "attached" to each ended auction and high bidder should be able to "see" and track their item.
16 - Each bidder should be able to choose or upload an avatar or pic. This pic will be displayed along with the high bidder username on the item page where the user is bidding.

unt for autobids. If I put in $ 35 in max dollars amount box. when bids up to $ 35 its look for is there any more bidder place in the bids if yes continue run autobids if not stopped and let the ticker whimming down and auction stop.

a seat auctions they usually display the amount of seats needed and I would rather not have that instead have something like Some Seats Still Available , Sign up before they are all sold and once they are sold to display all seats are sold.

e rejected by the client. That will be mainly 3 pages... homepage, auction listing page and closed listings page.
We also want an uploader in admin so that the client can upload images and youtube embeds to appear on the closed listings pageas they wish.
