Iphone App Search Engine 2

I need to create a search engine very fast. It needs to be able to crawl the web only indexing anything iphone or ipad related. Iphone apps in particular, freelance developers, development companies, reviews, etc.

I want the iPhone app as well. Someone told me that if my website is a flash, Google won't recognize it the search and that would cause me to have no hits. Is this true? My website needs to be updated from time to time. I would like to have the capability to change photos and word contents on my own with a wysiwyg editor or something that does not need programming. I used to have a website done before and they have provided a site where I can change and edit my contents.

(1) script goes to url (search engine)
(2) pulls next word from a txt file of words
(3) posts it in search window
(3) clicks on "search"
(4) waits 5 seconds then repeats steps 1, 2, 3,and 4 again (would be good to have adjustable time)
When all words in list are complete, script stops running.

I am open for any additionalsuggestions.

rogrammer would also need to explain and be helpful in how this app would be installed on my iPhone. I understand that there is a way of installing an app without using the Apple store through a developer licence. Knowledge of this is important, and a step-by-step guide on installation is critical. Any additional expenses this incurs will be paid by me.

So the two important points are:

1. A really good search function;
2. Great communication skills.

Option 2 : A contact form that the customer can submit to ask a question
Option 3 : Loads our live chat script from our site, if its online it will allow live chat, if offline it will take a message as now.

Its a contact manager for MLM businesses.

Manages consultants, prospects, customers, add notes, dial from it, text from it, etc

Pretty much a simple contact manager.

The only 2 things you can't do is import info and export info (from csv, xls, etc.) I would need to be able to do those 2 options.

I would also need the design changed as well so as to not seem identical.
