Iphone App - Simple Gui + Backend

Hello,
I'm looking for an experienced iphone developer for my current project.
This app will require developing a simple user interface which will have to deal with text, keep the GPS location, and send to the server side.
Server side (backend) will have to maintain a database of textual information and will need to be able to store information from users and handle search requests from clients (and obviously send textual results back to clients).
Further info will be given in PMB to select candidates.
Budget is $ 200-$ 500 but will go as far as $ 750 for very experienced freelancers.
