We would like to create an iPhone app and Android with the following capabilities:
- With the phone in idle or sleep mode, it would be able to determine your location via GPS and Google Maps without actually opening the App
- When you enter a specific business address location from our database, a push button notification would appear that would say "Are you at Example Store? View deal."
- Businesses would submit their deals on our website and admin will have the ability to manage the deals to be viewed on the app.

We have a comprehensive list of all the functions and designs of the app that can be private messaged or emailed. The website front end will be designed by us, so please only quote the back end PHP admin interface, MySQL database, and integration with the apps.
