2. Payment method using bank hire purchase (automatically save as a pdf or jpg format file upon checkout for items wanted to be purchase, and the pdf/jpg files can be downloaded to member's computer)
Design/look concept should be unique, fresh and attractive!

Basic Image/video Gallery Site
I do not need any of the HTML formatting done - something delivered in basic HTML is fine and I will modify it accordingly to look how I wish.
I know this is something very simple to do and is something I could do myself if I had the time so, please, no crazy quotes - a good PHP programmer (i.e. not me!!) could do this in a couple of hours easily!
This project will evolve so the successful programmer will have follow up work as I add more features etc.
